Apprentice Minister

Fundamentals of Ministry officiating, rules, conduct, observation, and basic dispute handling.

LEVEL II

Minister

Full tournament officiating certification, rule enforcement, dispute resolution, and fighter support.

LEVEL III

Senior Minister

Advanced dispute resolution, technical investigations, and Ministry oversight.
